I/we understand I/we are responsible for the annual Tuition and Fees assessed to my daughter’s tuition account. I agree to work with the Business Office to establish a FACTS account and make my regularly scheduled tuition payments.

The FACTS application and supporting documentation MUST be submitted to FACTS before this application can be processed and any award can be determined..

If applying for financial aid, please complete the FACTS application and supporting documentation in conjunction with completing the application for transfer. Please complete your FACTS application HERE. If accepted as a transfer student, a tuition deposit of $750 will be required to hold the space, which will be applied to the following school year tuition.

Terms and Conditions of Acceptance to Saint Ursula Academy

Saint Ursula Academy reserves the right to withdraw or rescind an offer of admission at any time (including after the student has enrolled at the school) for, but not limited to, any of the
following reasons:

Any part of the application or accompanying materials contains false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information;

If the applicant fails to graduate or be promoted by the end of the current school year, or otherwise will not hold the academic credentials needed or presented as part of the application;

If the applicant shows a significant drop in academic performance between application and graduation or promotion (as determined by Saint Ursula Academy) including failing or dropping a class;

If Saint Ursula Academy learns that an admitted applicant has engaged in behavior before attendance that indicates a significant lack of judgment, integrity, or moral character (as determined by Saint Ursula Academy);

If the applicant is disciplined by her school between the date of application and the end of the year; and

If the applicant engages in conduct that violates Saint Ursula Academy policy.

Whether to withdraw or rescind an offer of admission is a decision left to the sole and absolute discretion of Saint Ursula Academy.
