In consideration of the acceptance of this Enrollment Contract by SUA and SUA’s agreement to reserve a place in the grade as indicated above, the undersigned agrees to pay the required tuition, general fee, and the Educational Services Program (ES) fee, if applicable, as determined by SUA’s Board of Trustees.
SUA will continue to partner with FACTS for the collection of all tuition and fees. All payments must be received by FACTS on or before each due date. Electronic funds transfer through the National Automated Clearing House Association (ACH) will be required for all tuition, general fee, ES fee, and incidental invoice payments. You may also choose to pay with a credit card; however, FACTS does charge a convenience fee for all credit card transactions. Accounts not set up for ACH or automatic credit card payments will incur a $125.00 manual processing fee payable in September, 2026. This fee is in addition to the annual $48.00 FACTS set-up fee.
* If more than one parent or guardian is paying for the tuition, from separate accounts, please contact Angela Steele at [email protected] in the Business Office to discuss account options.
Tuition $17,400
Educational Service Fee (this fee only applies to students who have applied for and been accepted into the Educational Services (ES) program for documented learning disabilities) $5,950
General Fee, includes laptop and technology support $1,600
A non-refundable tuition deposit in the amount of $750.00 is due with this contract. This will be applied against your tuition account.
The remaining balance of the tuition, general fee, and ES fee, if applicable, after the deposit and any Saint Ursula financial aid awards, if applicable, are applied, will be collected based on the plan you select when you complete your enrollment with FACTS. Two payment options are listed below for your reference. All tuition, general fee, and ES fee payments, if applicable, will be collected by FACTS on behalf of Saint Ursula Academy and will be deducted from the checking or savings account or charged to the credit card you indicate when registering with FACTS. You will receive an email from FACTS to complete your account set up after your tuition account is set up in the FACTS payment system. If you do not receive an email by March 1, 2026 please contact Angela Steele at [email protected].
Plan #1 Full payment due by August 1, 2026.
Plan #2 11 equal monthly installments payable beginning in July 2026 through May 2027.
Throughout the year, incidental invoices such as pay-to-participate, Booster dues, and other miscellaneous fees, will be billed to you through your FACTS account. You will receive an email from FACTS when an incidental invoice is posted to your billing account. The email will provide the date on which the payment will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account or charged to the credit card registered on your FACTS account.
** As a reminder, you must set up your incidental invoice account in FACTS for automatic payment of incidental invoices in addition to your tuition account. Please go to the Incidental Expenses section of your FACTS account to enter your payment information.

Enrollment, as specified in the Enrollment Contract, may be cancelled by the parent(s) or guardian(s) in writing, without penalty (except for the forfeit of the Tuition Deposit) by July 15, 2026. All requests for withdraw from the school must be made in writing and submitted to the Vice Principal of Academics at 1339 E. McMillan Street, Cincinnati, OH 45206. If enrollment is cancelled after July 15, 2026, parent(s) or guardian(s) financially responsible for the student are obligated to pay the full annual tuition. I also understand that my obligation to pay the tuition for the full academic year is unconditional and that after July 15, 2026 no portion of tuition (paid or outstanding) will be refunded or cancelled in the event of absence, withdrawal, or dismissal from SUA.
Finally, I agree that if I become delinquent in payment of any obligation contained in this Enrollment Contract, SUA has the right to refuse my daughter admission for current or future enrollment periods, as applicable, including legal action, it deems necessary to collect the delinquency. To the extent that SUA needs to resort to legal action to collect on any delinquency, the undersigned agrees that in addition to the delinquency, SUA is entitled to recover its legal fees and costs incurred to attempt to collect the debt. In the event tuition and/or fees remain in arrears and unpaid and SUA retains an attorney and/or collection agency to collect monies due, SUA shall be entitled to be reimbursed for any attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in the collection of any unpaid balance.
This Enrollment Contract contains the full agreement of the parties and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract may be amended only by the written agreement of the parties.
This contract shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. If any portion of this contract is found to be unenforceable by a court of law, then the remainder of said contract shall remain in full force and effect.
