The Saint Ursula Shadow Program gives 8th-grade girls the opportunity to take a look inside a day at SUA. Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, students participating in Shadow Days will be following our modified schedule.
All students should arrive at the Keller Student Center between 8:15 and 8:30 for a temperature & wellness check which is required for all visitors to our campus. After that, students will attend a class and take a tour of our campus. A short break and Bulldog Bites will be provided before the students attend a second class and then enjoy "Lunch with Leaders". We will end the day with a fun activity and students should be picked up at 1:00. You will receive an email with more specific details.
Additionally, you can take part in a VIRTUAL SHADOW DAY to take a peek inside a day in the life of an SUA student. Click HERE for Virtual Shadow Day.
Or, you may be added to a waitlist in the event we have a cancellation from another student who is unable to attend her Shadow Day. Please fill out the form below to be added to the waitlist.
By registering for a shadow day, you hereby consent for your child to participate in a Shadow Day Visit which is a sanctioned activity of Saint Ursula Academy and authorize the staff of Saint Ursula Academy to act for you according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention, and you hereby waive and release Saint Ursula Academy from any and all liability for any injuries or illnesses incurred while at Saint Ursula Academy. Girls must also fill out the COVID-19 wellness form upon arrival. Masks will be provided and are required. Please make sure to follow all Ohio COVID-19 safety protocols before arriving at SUA:
I understand that my Child’s participation in the Activity is purely voluntary and is a privilege and not a right, and that my Child, and I on behalf of my Child, agree to my Child’s participation in the Activity in spite of the risks of injury, illness, infectious and/or communicable disease (such as MRSA, influenza, or COVID-19), and death. I agree that if my Child has underlying health concerns which may place him/her at greater risk of contracting COVID-19 or that would possibly increase the severity of illness if COVID-19 is contracted, then my Child and I will consult with a health care professional before participating in the Activity.
