SUA alumna and special guest Julie Hamilton '95 will discuss the challenges faced by teenagers today and strategies for building resilience. She will provide guidance on how parents can create a supportive environment for their teens to navigate academic and personal challenges. There will be time for questions following her presentation.
Julie is a Saint Ursula Academy graduate and a licensed professional counselor. Julie has a Bachelor of Arts in English from North Carolina Central University and a Master of Arts in School Counseling from Xavier University. She brings a comprehensive perspective to her work with students and families, enabling her to assess situations holistically. She offers a wealth of experience in education, mental health, and social services and a diverse professional background. Presently, she serves as a licensed professional school counselor at Cincinnati Public Schools.
