Saint Ursula Academy reserves the right to withdraw or rescind an offer of admission at any time (including after the student has enrolled at the school) for, but not limited to, any of thefollowing reasons:
Any part of the application or accompanying materials contains false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information;
If the applicant fails to graduate or be promoted by the end of the current school year, or otherwise will not hold the academic credentials needed or presented as part of the application;
If the applicant shows a significant drop in academic performance between application and graduation or promotion (as determined by Saint Ursula Academy) including failing or dropping a class;
If Saint Ursula Academy learns that an admitted applicant has engaged in behavior before attendance that indicates a significant lack of judgment, integrity, or moral character (as determined by Saint Ursula Academy);
If the applicant is disciplined by her school between the date of application and the end of the year; and
If the applicant engages in conduct that violates Saint Ursula Academy policy.
Whether to withdraw or rescind an offer of admission is a decision left to the sole and absolute discretion of Saint Ursula Academy.
